Menggunakan Plateship

Plateship is a hospitality directory and professional network operated by Dig That Groove AB. Listings, business confirmation and native job posting are currently free. The opening page does not yet offer access to the full service. Any future paid product will have separate terms and explicit pricing.

Keep your account secure and contribute information you have the right to share. Do not impersonate others, make false ownership or employment claims, post unlawful content, spam businesses or attempt to bypass access controls. Managers may edit only businesses to which they currently have access. Professional publication is optional; employment confirmation is not an endorsement or a hiring decision.

Business access is not ownership

Email or document verification shows a reasonable connection to the business and grants an account permission to edit the listing. It does not establish legal ownership, authority to bind the company or an exclusive right to the listing. Existing access is preserved when a competing request needs review. Plateship may ask for further evidence, limit a role to editing, or revoke access where evidence is false, outdated or no longer supports a business connection.

Ulasan

Review authors must use a verified account and give an honest opinion based on a real experience. Plateship verifies the account email, not a visit, purchase or employment relationship, and does not present reviews as verified purchases. Incentivised, fabricated, harassing, defamatory, privacy-invasive and unlawful reviews are prohibited. Businesses may reply, and anyone may use Report illegal content. A negative rating alone is not a reason for removal.

Informasi dan layanan eksternal

Public-source data, opening hours and job information can be incomplete or outdated. Check important details directly with the business. Applications and external links are handled by their destination services. Plateship is not the employer or a party to bookings or employment agreements. OpenStreetMap contributions are credited under ODbL; other content remains subject to its applicable rights.

Ranking and data access

Search results primarily use geographic relevance, the visitor’s filters and literal business-name matching. Pages may also use completeness, current availability, activity, rating or recency where the interface says so. Paying does not improve directory or search ranking at launch. Business users can see and edit their own submitted listing and website content and export their account data; they do not receive other users’ private data or platform security data. Plateship does not sell business-user data and has no affiliate distribution programme at launch.

Content moderation and illegal-content notices

We may restrict or remove content or access when it is unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, inaccurate, infringes rights, violates these terms or threatens the service. Where required, the affected account receives the decision, the ground relied on and available ways to contest it, unless law prevents disclosure. Anyone can submit a sufficiently precise notice through Report illegal content; we confirm receipt and communicate the decision to the supplied email. Notices are assessed carefully, objectively and in a timely manner.

Service restriction, termination and changes

We use proportionate measures where practical, such as restricting particular content or editing rights before an entire account. Serious illegality, fraud, security threats or repeated violations can justify immediate action. Business users may send a reasoned complaint to legal@plateship.com. Material changes to business terms are notified on a durable medium at least 15 days before they take effect unless a legal duty, urgent security risk or a change beneficial to users requires otherwise. Account deletion ends the user’s agreement without erasing independent public business facts.

Rights in submitted content

You keep rights you hold in text and images you submit. You grant Dig That Groove AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate and display that content only to operate, secure, improve and promote the Plateship service. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for necessary backups, legal records and content already shared under another valid basis. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit.

Koreksi dan moderasi

We may review, correct or remove inaccurate or unlawful contributions and restrict misuse of the service. You can raise an objection by writing to the operator at the address in the privacy policy. Material changes to these terms will be identified here. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
